General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have slight low motility sperm and high pus cell in the semen.
It could be due to the infection in the reproductive tract, any abnormality in the accessory sexual gland.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo semsn culture and Color doppler USG scan of the scrotum/pelvic to rule out the condition.
Infection require antibiotic course.
Clomiphene citrate and gonadil will help to improve the immunity.
Avoid stress, take adequate sleep, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
